Porta Christi is a proposed project currently in its early planning and community-building stages. The nonprofit organization contemplated for the project has not yet been established, and no charitable contributions are being solicited or accepted at this time.
The current pre-phase, The Gathering, is focused on building a community of supporters and measuring public interest in the vision. Participation is free and creates no financial obligation.
If sufficient support is demonstrated, the project intends to proceed to Phase 0: Feasibility, which may include organizational formation, professional studies, planning and design, legal and regulatory review, land evaluation, infrastructure analysis, and other work necessary to determine whether and how Porta Christi can be developed.
Porta Christi remains a concept. No representation or guarantee is made that the project will receive governmental approval, acquire a particular property, proceed to construction, or be completed as currently envisioned. Plans, designs, timelines, organizational structures, and other aspects of the project may change as feasibility work progresses.
